Join us and help build technology that moves a bank, an industry, and millions of people forward.

The M365 Platform & Power Platform Engineer is responsible for the reliability, security, and modernization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem while building and governing a scalable Power Platform environment. This role engineers core M365 services, supports enterprise automation, and ensures strong platform governance for AI and Copilot‑enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Tier‑3 engineering, service hardening, workload onboarding, and cross‑service integrations.
  • Design and manage Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod) including Dataverse and provisioning workflows.
  • Govern connectors, DLP policies, security boundaries, and citizen‑developer intake processes.
  • Implement Copilot/AI‑related features and ensure platform readiness for automation and integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with security and architecture teams to maintain governance, licensing alignment, and audit compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in M365 engineering with hands‑on experience in Power Platform and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of identity, conditional access, DLP, and enterprise governance.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell/Graph API) and enterprise‑scale tenant operations.

Preferred

  • Experience with Copilot workloads, COE toolkit, Dynamics 365 integrations, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
