POSITION SUMMARY
The AOC Manager is responsible for managing short term contracts, the AOC Supervisor, and managing the “Detail 85” spares lists, Mobile Patrol, Clothing/Reception and coordinating all tracktik (onwatch) issues. In meeting these demands, it is essential to provide proactive superior quality customer service to existing and new clients. In maintaining these contracts, the AOC Manager must ensure client satisfaction through surveys and in person contact. The incumbent will be responsible for managing short term contracts. The incumbent is CNS’ first point of contact for clients, Site Supervisors and Site Managers and must ensure a high level of professionalism and tact so that we remain competitive in providing quality service.
