About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager specializing in staffing solutions for the Manufacturing and Property Management sectors to support the growth of our Professional Administrative Services division.

We are looking for a specialized sales professional with demonstrated experience managing staffing partnerships within manufacturing operations and property management organizations, including commercial and residential firms, as well as manufacturing production environments.

Your Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively engaging with existing and prospective clients while expanding our presence in the marketplace
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of client accounts within the manufacturing and property management sectors across Canada
  • Expanding existing relationships to generate new business and grow sales
  • Preparing and delivering consultative presentations on staffing services, including staffing strategies, recruitment methodologies, and labour market insights
  • Operating from a service mindset by listening to client challenges and identifying effective staffing solutions
  • Negotiating and closing deals, while handling objections and resolving concerns
  • Retaining clients by providing superior customer service and staffing support
  • Cross-selling to identify opportunities across other divisions
  • Marketing strong candidate talent aligned with client needs
  • Resolving issues throughout the placement process
  • Conducting post-placement follow-ups with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
  • Understanding employment standards to support candidates and act as an HR resource for clients (e.g., terminations, accommodations, leaves)
  • Visiting top clients on a quarterly basis
  • Adhering to high standards of service and delivery
  • Preparing and reporting on sales goals
  • Participating in networking events and conferences on behalf of the company

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience within a staffing firm
  • 2+ years of experience supporting clients in both manufacturing and property management sectors, with a strong understanding of roles, hiring needs, and industry dynamics
  • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and available for in-person client meetings (access to a vehicle is strongly encouraged)
  • Experience using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo for sales is required
  • Passion for building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented professional
  • Strong focus on delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player
  • Naturally curious about people, their backgrounds, and experiences
  • Strong technical aptitude with business software
  • University degree or college diploma required
