Your Responsibilities
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities
You will manage purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking with accuracy and attention to detail
You will coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and room setup
You will support shipping, packaging, and logistics for marketing materials and events
You will assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized records using Excel and internal systems
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and resolve operational needs
Skills and Qualifications
2 to 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment. Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a strong asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach
Experience supporting marketing, retail, or consumer goods teams is an asset
Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an asset
