Salary: From 73 to 77 per Hour
 

Location: Toronto, ON. Hybrid- 3 days/week onsite

Job Type: 6 month contract. 7 hours a day.

Language: Strong written and spoken English communication required

 

About the Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions, helping teams make informed decisions that improve services and outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts across multiple projects. Your ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights will help shape solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead business analysis activities, gathering and documenting requirements to support effective I and IT solutions
  • In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
  • You’ll develop process maps, data models, and use cases to support project delivery and decision-making
  • You’ll contribute to project planning, procurement documentation, and business case development
  • You’ll monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis within complex I and IT environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping, data modeling, and requirements documentation
  • Strong experience working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with public sector environments and AODA standards is considered an asset
