As the Contract Management Specialist, you will report to the Manager, IT Contract Management. In this role, you are responsible for leading the end-to-end management of contracts through their full lifecycle, from acquisition and negotiation, through execution, compliance, renewal and closeout. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, procurement, finance and vendors to ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant with policy and aligned with the Province’s objectives. This role also includes partnering with Senior IT Contract Managers, for a team approach to their complex RFP’s.
In this role, you will lead projects and support the team within IT Contract Management. You will work independently, to manage your projects in a timely manner, as well as within working groups, on complex RFP lifecycles. These responsibilities may include:
As the ideal candidate, you will have a bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years related experience working with procurement and acquisition procedures and policies; or graduation from a recognized Information Technology Program plus 3 years 6 months related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Pay Grade: PR 14
Salary Range: $2,912.93 - $3,547.06 Bi-Weekly
Note: The salary rates shown are effective April 1, 2026. Should you start in this position before April 1, 2026, your salary will be based on the current rates until April 1.
