Now Hiring: Sanitation Supervisor! Agilus is recruiting for a Sanitation Supervisor in the Food Manufacturing Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. We are currently seeking a permanent, experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead and manage sanitation operations within our client’s food manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems. What's in it for you: $75000.00 - $85000.00 annually Bonus potential based on experience, skills, and overall fit Competitive benefits package Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily sanitation activities across the plant Develop, maintain, and execute Master Sanitation Schedules using scheduling software or manual systems Ensure proper implementation and adherence to SSOPs Train, coach, and lead sanitation team members to ensure consistent execution of sanitation practices Conduct inspections and verify sanitation effectiveness to meet food safety and quality standards Support internal and external audits; participate in audit preparation and corrective actions Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams to support plant operations Requirements: 3–5 years of supervisory experience (required) Experience with Master Sanitation Scheduling (MSS) or sanitation software (required) Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SSOPs Background in a food processing or food manufacturing environment (strong asset) Familiarity with audit processes (e.g., SAI Global or similar) considered an asset Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Must have a clean criminal background check This posting is for an active opening.
