Salary: From 35.00 to 40.00 per Hour
 

Location: Milton, ON (On-site)
Language: Proficiency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Duration: Permanent
Background Check Requirement: A background check will be required.

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour based on experience.

Hours: 9:30am-6pm.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • In this role, you’ll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer questions about product, pricing, and shipping swiftly and confidently.
  • You’ll build strong business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat, enhancing their experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions, ensuring satisfaction.
  • You’ll assist customers in navigating the website and online ordering system.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial; however, a willingness to learn is essential—we’ll provide training!
  • Bilingual in English and French, fluent in both written and spoken communication.
