About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a community-focused organization to support an important initiative aimed at improving access to housing and social services. This opportunity plays a key role in helping individuals who have been on waitlists for extended periods reconnect with services and ensure their information is accurate and up to date.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll contact individuals on an existing waitlist to confirm their current status and service needs
• You’ll update client records within internal systems, ensuring accuracy of contact details and notes
• You’ll document interactions clearly and consistently in client files
• You’ll follow established processes and workflows to manage high-volume outreach
• You’ll escalate sensitive or urgent situations based on provided guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
• 2–3 years of administrative or social services experience
• Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Experience working with CRM, EMR, or database systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and high call volumes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
