We are seeking a Digital Content Analyst to support product onboarding and digital content enrichment across a large retail eCommerce platform. In this role, you will help ensure product information is accurately uploaded, maintained, and optimized for customer-facing product pages.

You will play a key role in managing product onboarding workflows, ensuring product data is properly loaded into content management systems and collaborating with merchandising and digital teams to resolve data gaps and optimize product pages. Approximately half of your time will focus on onboarding new products, while the remainder will involve enriching and optimizing product categories and content.

This role operates in a fast-paced retail eCommerce environment, where product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital merchandising initiatives require strong attention to detail, organization, and cross-team collaboration.

What’s in it for You

You will gain hands-on experience working within a high-volume retail eCommerce environment, supporting digital merchandising and product content strategy. You will collaborate with multiple digital and merchandising teams while building strong technical skills related to content management systems, product onboarding, and digital optimization.

This role provides an opportunity to work with experienced digital content specialists and analysts while gaining exposure to SEO practices, AI-assisted content creation, and digital retail operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage product onboarding by processing product data files and ensuring products are properly uploaded into the organization’s content management system.
  • You will review product data and resolve content issues such as missing descriptions, incomplete attributes, or inaccurate product information.
  • You will collaborate with merchandising teams and internal stakeholders to gather missing content and ensure product listings meet quality standards.
  • You will enrich product pages by improving titles, descriptions, and supporting content to enhance customer experience and search visibility.
  • You will analyze product categories and support optimization initiatives by reviewing and improving content across groups of products.
  • You will use AI-assisted tools to support product description development, while reviewing and refining outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • You will perform quality checks on product detail pages to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO standards.
  • You will monitor and address content-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • You will support reporting and analysis related to product content performance and operational workflows.
  • You will work closely with digital content specialists, analysts, and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards across the digital product catalogue.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You will have 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce content management, digital merchandising, or product onboarding.
  • You will have experience working with content management systems (CMS) or eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar tools.
  • You will have strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of product data and content.
  • You will have intermediate Excel skills including filtering data, working with multiple documents, and using functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • You will have strong written communication skills with experience reviewing or creating digital product content.
  • You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • You will have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You will have familiarity with SEO principles and digital content optimization.
  • You will have an understanding of AI-assisted content tools and the ability to review and refine AI-generated outputs.
