Responsibilities for Security Guard- Loss Prevention

• Monitor store activity to detect and prevent theft
• Conduct undercover surveillance when required
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Respond to theft incidents and security concerns
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
• Provide professional and courteous assistance
• Support store management when required
• Follow all legal guidelines and company standards
• Ensure compliance with site-specific policies

Qualifications for Security Guard- Loss Prevention

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Valid Driver’s License

• A reliable personal vehicle is required. 

• Strong observation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to changing situations
