About the Opportunity
Altis is partnering with a growing private sector organization seeking a technically skilled Productivity Officer to lead its technology strategy and drive efficiency through modern digital tools and AI innovation. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys working across multiple disciplines, from development and IT operations to marketing technology and automation.

In this role, you will serve as the organization’s go-to expert for all technology initiatives, working closely with teams across operations, sales, customer service, and leadership. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, introduce AI-driven solutions, and ensure the organization’s technology ecosystem supports growth and innovation.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions that improve productivity across departments.
• You’ll build and manage AI-powered workflows, integrations, and automation tailored to operational needs.
• You’ll manage and optimize the company website, ensuring strong performance, security, and SEO.
• You’ll develop custom tools, scripts, or applications that support business operations and improve efficiency.
• You’ll oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware setup, system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• You’ll ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed and evaluate new technologies as the business grows.
• You’ll lead digital marketing and social media initiatives, including campaign management, analytics, and AI-assisted content strategies.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software development, IT management, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools and large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar automation platforms.
• Proficiency in web development and website management, including CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, or modern frameworks.
• Experience with IT hardware setup, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience supporting digital marketing initiatives and social media management.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
