Working closely with product teams, platform teams, and leadership, you will help embed Agile frameworks into day-to-day delivery and drive a culture focused on adaptability and innovation. Your work will directly support the development of high-performing teams and enable the organization to deliver technology solutions more efficiently and effectively.
What’s In It for You
You will join a collaborative technology environment where continuous learning and innovation are encouraged. This role offers the opportunity to influence delivery practices across multiple teams, mentor individuals in Agile methodologies, and play a key role in shaping how technology teams operate and collaborate. If you enjoy coaching, facilitating meaningful change, and seeing teams grow, this role offers both impact and professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide hands-on Agile coaching to IT Product and Platform teams, supporting frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
• You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• You’ll monitor team dynamics, workflows, and delivery processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and team performance.
• You’ll establish and track key Agile metrics and KPIs to measure team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
• You’ll partner with technology leadership to align Agile transformation initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• You’ll mentor team members and stakeholders, helping them strengthen their understanding and adoption of Agile principles.
• You’ll contribute to the broader Agile transformation strategy by recommending improvements to processes, structures, and delivery practices.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Master, business analysis, or related Agile delivery roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery within IT Product teams or Platform teams.
• Proven ability to coach teams on Agile practices with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain Agile concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or related credentials are strongly preferred.
• Experience in leadership or team oversight roles within technology environments, ideally within complex or enterprise organizations.
Note from the Hiring Manager
