Our client, a well-established organization in the property management sector, is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide short-term office coverage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of an office while also providing light administrative support to a busy team.
During the assignment, you will support day-to-day front desk operations and assist with executive scheduling needs. You will interact with visitors and internal stakeholders while helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your Responsibilities
You’ll greet visitors and vendors while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
In this role, you’ll answer and direct incoming calls and assist with general inquiries.
You’ll coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and basic office logistics.
You’ll provide administrative support to the team, helping with light documentation and office tasks as needed.
During the second portion of the assignment, you’ll assist with executive calendar management and coordinate meeting schedules with senior stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
Experience managing calendars or scheduling meetings for leaders or executives
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and polished demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a professional office environment and navigating stairs in a walk-up building
