About the Opportunity
Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Products Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the onboarding of new advisors while ensuring registered investment products are administered accurately and efficiently. Your work will help maintain seamless operations and deliver a strong service experience for both advisors and clients.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, advisors, and head office partners to manage account setups, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your Responsibilities
You’ll support the onboarding of new advisors by coordinating documentation, account setup, and operational requests.
In this role, you’ll process transactions and client requests related to registered products such as RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, and RRIFs.
You’ll manage RESP and RRIF account administration, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with distribution requirements.
You’ll administer recurring financial events including Pre-Authorized Contributions (PACs) and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWIPs).
You’ll reconcile control accounts and maintain assigned reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies when required.
You’ll respond to advisor and client inquiries with clear guidance while maintaining established service standards.
You’ll contribute to process improvements and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in registered product administration within financial services.
Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field.
Bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken is an asset.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of client tax reporting and regulatory requirements related to registered products.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Experience with Dataphile is considered an asset.
