About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Finance professional who is passionate about connecting financial insights with operational performance. In this role, you will support plant leadership by delivering meaningful financial analysis that helps guide decision-making, improve efficiencies, and strengthen overall performance.

 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and plant management. Your work will play a key role in shaping financial planning, supporting cost optimization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that impact the plant’s long-term success.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring timely reporting to plant leadership and corporate teams.
  • In this role, you’ll analyze key performance indicators, budget versus actual results, and financial variances to support informed decision-making.
  • You’ll assist with plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities that support operational goals.
  • You’ll review manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and fixed assets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lean manufacturing and operational efficiency efforts.
  • You’ll partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights that align operational performance with broader financial objectives.
  • You’ll utilize financial systems and tools to track performance and support data-driven decision making.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of finance or accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience working with ERP systems, SAP experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams
