About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and well-established organization in the retail and consumer services sector, is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Solutions Specialist to support the evolution of their enterprise order management ecosystem. Reporting to the Platform Owner, Business Platforms, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to design, implement, and support Blue Yonder solutions that drive operational efficiency and scalable order fulfillment.
This role plays a critical part in enabling process standardization, improving operational workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between Blue Yonder systems and other enterprise applications. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the configuration and implementation of Blue Yonder Order Management System (OMS) and Adaptive Fulfillment and Warehousing (AFW) to support order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- In this role, you’ll ensure seamless integration between Blue Yonder solutions and enterprise systems including SAP, CRM platforms, and eCommerce technologies.
- You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze order management and workforce management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You’ll direct the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts, overseeing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- You’ll manage functional support for Blue Yonder OMS solutions, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system performance monitoring.
- You’ll provide guidance and training to end users while documenting functional designs, configurations, and operational processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder OMS, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Blue Yonder Certified Specialist – Order Management System certification.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP or other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder integration tools, APIs, and MuleSoft.
- Experience with integrations to Adobe Commerce and/or Magento.
- Knowledge of supply chain and workforce management best practices and experience working in Agile environments.
