This role is responsible for governing the enterprise project and technology portfolio, with emphasis on investment governance, delivery performance, regulatory alignment, and strategic prioritization. Automation (RPA/AI) remains an important enabler for this role.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across regulatory, operational, and transformation initiatives.
• Support proactive opportunity scanning, intake management, and early-stage business case development. This includes identifying new automation opportunities (RPA/AI).
• Manage intake evaluation for new initiatives, including early-stage feasibility and ROI assessment for analytics, workflow, and automation opportunities.
• Drive Technology Spend Review cycles with CIO teams, reviewing financial performance, variance, forecasts, and investment alignment.
• Deliver enterprise-wide portfolio reporting, performance insights, KPIs, and executive updates for CIO and governance committees.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, and readiness for audit and regulatory reviews.
• Identify and address portfolio delivery risks, financial constraints, and dependency conflicts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Business partners to support optimized prioritization and investment decisions.
• Lead end to end vendor management processes, including evaluation, onboarding, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost optimization.

• Exceptional analytical capability, with the ability to interpret large, complex project and portfolio datasets and translate them into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of the Bank’s project delivery methodology, paired with strong discipline in portfolio management, governance frameworks, risk controls, and executive level reporting practices.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities, enabling effective engagement and influence at senior leadership levels.
• Highly effective communicator, demonstrating excellence in written, verbal, and presentation formats, with a proven ability to coordinate across cross functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, self driven, and continuously learning, demonstrating independence, resilience, and a strong “can do” mindset.
• Skilled in designing portfolio and reporting visualizations, ensuring clarity, usability, and executive ready storytelling.
• Expertise in process design and continuous improvement, including Lean methodologies, workflow optimization, and implementation of operational controls.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related productivity tools.
