Salary: 70-80K plus uncapped commissions
Location: Vancouver, Hybrid (2-days per week onsite)

About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc. is currently looking for sales driven and results-focused Vancouver-based IT Account Managers to play a key role in growing our Western Canada division. This role is perfect for someone coming from the IT staffing industry, who is passionate about diving into sales/business development, loves cold outreach, and someone who would enjoy building, developing and nurturing new and existing partnerships and client relationships. 1+ years of previous IT staffing industry experience will be required for this opportunity.
Your goals will be to develop and nurture loyal client relationships and to identify qualified candidates. This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and our candidates’ career objectives, qualifications, and skills. It will call on your superb customer service skills to bring all parties together and to treat others with respect and care. This position requires business development skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.
