  • You’ll communicate objectives to stakeholders, aligning regulatory requirements with business operations.
  • You’ll lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of OHS programs, policies, and processes.
  • You’ll support Supply Chain transformation initiatives, helping transition manual processes to automated solutions while addressing safety implications.
  • You’ll lead major incident investigations and provide ongoing operational support to teams.
  • You’ll act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and represent the company in industry forums.
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives using OHS management systems, including Intelex

software.

  • Experience developing, implementing, and sustaining OHS programs and management systems
  • Flexible, action-oriented, and driven to succeed, with consistent and respectful leadership approach
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience with Intelex software (or similar safety management platforms) is an asset
