About the Opportunity
Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Executive Assistant to support their busy office environment during a temporary coverage period. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the office while also providing light executive support to a collaborative leadership team.
You will work closely with a group of experienced administrative professionals and executives, helping keep the office running smoothly while ensuring visitors and team members feel supported. Your Responsibilities
You’ll greet visitors and clients, escort them to meeting rooms, and ensure the reception and meeting areas remain organized and welcoming.
In this role, you’ll manage incoming calls, deliveries, and visitor logs while supporting general front desk operations.
You’ll assist with light executive support, including calendar coordination, travel bookings, and processing expenses.
You’ll help maintain office supplies, coordinate minor office needs, and support overall office organization.
Working alongside the administrative team, you’ll contribute to smooth day-to-day office operations and provide support where needed.
Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or executive assistant role within a corporate office environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong customer service approach
