About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and well-established organization in the retail sector, is seeking a Blue Yonder Specialist to support critical merchandising, category management, and space planning platforms. In this role, you will help ensure that business teams are able to effectively leverage technology to drive smarter decisions, optimize store layouts, and maximize product performance.

Reporting to the Platform Owner within Business Platforms, you will collaborate closely with merchandising, space planning, store operations, and IT teams to ensure the Blue Yonder ecosystem is configured, integrated, and optimized to support business goals. This is an opportunity to play a key role in connecting technology with business strategy while enabling teams through system expertise, training, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the configuration and implementation of Blue Yonder solutions supporting merchandising, category management, and space planning initiatives.
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Blue Yonder with enterprise systems such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, and MuleSoft.
• You’ll oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.
• You’ll support merchandising and category teams by maintaining Blue Yonder Category Management tools and ensuring accurate, reliable data.
• You’ll partner with space planning and store operations teams to support floor planning tools, data publishing processes, and store-level execution.
• You’ll deliver training, documentation, and user support to ensure strong adoption and effective use of the platform.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder solutions, particularly in merchandising, category management, and space planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder with enterprise systems such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, MuleSoft, GK Software, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Category Management (CatMan) and space planning tools.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile product or project delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
