BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Join the Global Investment Solutions (GIS) team and play a pivotal role in supporting all Global Wealth Management business lines through content governance and operational maintenance. In this role, you’ll help ensure GIS initiatives, communications, and processes are delivered with precision, alignment, and full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

 

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

  • Support the day‑to‑day operation of the global thought leadership content platform, including author assistance, user training, administration, and coordination with platform vendors.
  • Partner with internal teams and the vendor to document requirements, execute enhancements, and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to strategic and transformational initiatives for the Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) team, including communications, change management, and stakeholder socialization.
  • Serve as a designated supervisor for market commentary review to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, brand standards, and communication policies.
  • Maintain and update GIS Policies and Procedures documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement across the GPS mandate by enhancing quality, efficiency, scalability, and workflow optimization.
  • Assist in the rollout and maintenance of innovative platforms and tools that enhance advisor and client experience, create team capacity, and advance the transformation agenda.

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We would love to work with you if you have:

  • A university degree or college diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the investment or wealth management industry, ideally within a wealth management environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience interpreting and implementing brand guidelines.
  • Knowledge of CIRO global financial industry regulators.
  • Experience supporting and enhancing business‑managed technology platforms; familiarity with BlueMatrix is an asset.
  • High proficiency with MS Office; ability to write or maintain complex macros is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to assist content creators and translate strategy into actionable deliverables.
  • A track record of success working on complex business initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural, matrixed organizations.
