What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.
As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.
Schedule- Continental Rotation 19:00 – 07:00
Location - N3S 7N9
Ensure the protection of people, property, and assets.
Monitor and control access to entry and exit points.
Conduct regular patrols and preventive surveillance.
Perform asset protection duties.
Act as a point of contact with authorities and emergency services when required.
Manage challenging interactions with members of the public while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents at the site.
Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Hold valid First Aid/CPR certification.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Physically capable of performing foot patrols and standing/walking for extended periods.
