Responsibilities:

• Use power tools and hand tools including, but not limited to bandsaw, disc sander, drill press, router, impact driver, mitre saw, pocket drill, and spindle sander.
• Run extrusion machines, as required.
• Load components in jigs and fasten for manual assembly, as required.
• Load and unload CNC machines, as required.
• Load/unload and pack at robotic work centers, as required.
• Log onto the work center to record work orders, scrap, and downtime.
• Document shift activity by completing production and quality logs.
• 5S and cleanup as required.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions to perform work center-specific tasks.
• Other duties as required.

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Previous furniture assembly experience.
• Experience using power and hand tools (saws, routers, drills).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance.
• instructions, and procedure manuals.

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally may maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job may include but are not limited to close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Must be able to stand continuously for the duration of the scheduled shift
