About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Finance Coordinator to join a busy fertility clinic in downtown Toronto on a 3-month contact with possibility of extension. In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between patients, clinical teams, and finance, helping patients understand the financial aspects of their treatment plans while supporting accurate billing and collections. Your work will directly impact patient experiences during a deeply personal and emotional journey, making clarity, empathy, and professionalism essential.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team of 4–5 professionals and work closely with clinic managers, physicians, and the CFO to coordinate financial plans, assist patients with options, and ensure timely processing of billing and reporting. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient care while building your career in healthcare administration.
