Summary

 

We are building a new Product Management practice within our Infrastructure & Cloud organization, and we’re looking for a forward‑thinking Product Manager to help shape its foundation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining how our internal technology services are designed, consumed, and continuously improved. You will also lay the groundwork for future external, revenue‑generating offerings by applying a product‑led mindset to our technology capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviours to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging needs.  
  • Define and enhance our Infrastructure & Cloud services as products with clear value propositions and measurable outcomes.  
  • Design and evolve a cloudinspired service catalog.  
  • Own the full product lifecycle; from ideation and development through launch readiness, iteration, and ongoing optimization; ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.  
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to translate product vision into scalable, reliable solutions.  
  • Validate concepts through consumer testing and feedback loops with the Insights and CX teams to ensure market readiness.  
  • Improve the endtoend customer experience across infrastructure services.  
  • Build financial transparency models.  
  • Develop and execute a multiyear strategy to keep our solutions competitive, efficient, and aligned with organizational priorities.  
  • Lead discovery activities for new commercial offerings.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver strong gotomarket execution for external products, ensuring sales teams can position the right solutions for the right customer needs.  
  • Advocate for a strong product mindset across the organization.  
  • Drive continuous improvement through datadriven insights, feedback, and agile practices. 

Critical Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years in Product Management or similar. 
  • Strong customer-centric and analytical mindset. 
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Familiarity with cloud and modern infrastructure. 
  • Experience with service catalogs or platform products. 
  • Exposure to ITSM tools. 
  • Knowledge of cost modeling.
