As Manager of Administration, you will play a central role in shaping how teams are supported, processes are upheld, and customers are served across a busy, collaborative office environment.

Working within a logistics and transportation organization, you will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional managers to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and consistently. Your impact will be felt daily through the teams you lead, the standards you champion, and the culture you help foster, one rooted in professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

What’s in it for You
You will join a workplace that values leadership, trust, and collaboration. This role offers visibility across the organization, exposure to operational decision-making, and the chance to influence how systems and people work together. Expect a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, supports growth, and values leaders who genuinely care about their teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead and support a diverse administrative leadership team, fostering a professional, team-oriented culture.
  • In this role, you’ll oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for administrative functions.
  • You’ll ensure office operations run safely and efficiently, managing vendors, contracts, and equipment needs.
  • You’ll partner with finance and leadership teams to oversee invoicing, accruals, inter-company payables, and reconciliations.
  • You’ll manage payroll inputs and HR-related documentation with accuracy and discretion.
  • You’ll step in to resolve complex customer or internal issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

  • Proven people management and coaching experience across multi-level teams.
  • Strong financial and administrative acumen, including invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
