Altis Recruitment is partnering with Canadian Tire Corporate to hire an Associate Manager, eCommerce Operations. In this role, you will help drive operational excellence across a growing digital commerce environment. You will play a key part in ensuring that systems, processes, and teams work together seamlessly to deliver a best-in-class customer and store experience.
Working closely with cross-functional partners including Product, IT, Store Operations, and Customer Support teams, you will help solve operational challenges, streamline workflows, and support the successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives. You’ll drive operational improvements across eCommerce processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll identify root causes of recurring operational issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
You’ll create and maintain documentation including SOPs, playbooks, and process frameworks that support operational consistency.
You’ll manage eCommerce initiatives from planning through delivery, tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and progress.
You’ll support incident management by collaborating with Product, IT, and Digital teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
You’ll analyze operational KPIs and reporting data to uncover trends and recommend improvements that enhance the customer journey.
3 to 6 years of experience in eCommerce operations, retail operations, digital fulfillment, or a related environment.
Strong ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-paced or ambiguous operational environments.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive alignment across teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate operational insights into clear updates for both leadership and operational teams.
Experience with project coordination, operational readiness planning, or change initiatives.
Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting to identify trends and support decision making.
