About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with Canadian Tire Corporate to hire an Associate Manager, eCommerce Operations. In this role, you will help drive operational excellence across a growing digital commerce environment. You will play a key part in ensuring that systems, processes, and teams work together seamlessly to deliver a best-in-class customer and store experience.

Working closely with cross-functional partners including Product, IT, Store Operations, and Customer Support teams, you will help solve operational challenges, streamline workflows, and support the successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives. Your Responsibilities

• You’ll drive operational improvements across eCommerce processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• In this role, you’ll identify root causes of recurring operational issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

• You’ll create and maintain documentation including SOPs, playbooks, and process frameworks that support operational consistency.

• You’ll manage eCommerce initiatives from planning through delivery, tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and progress.

• You’ll support incident management by collaborating with Product, IT, and Digital teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.

• You’ll analyze operational KPIs and reporting data to uncover trends and recommend improvements that enhance the customer journey.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in eCommerce operations, retail operations, digital fulfillment, or a related environment.

• Strong ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-paced or ambiguous operational environments.

• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive alignment across teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate operational insights into clear updates for both leadership and operational teams.

• Experience with project coordination, operational readiness planning, or change initiatives.

• Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting to identify trends and support decision making.

Our typical hiring range is between $65000 and $85000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements
