This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and solution architecture, supporting the rollout and expansion of innovative payment capabilities.

As a senior individual contributor (Not a people management position), you will act as the technical bridge between product teams and enterprise partners, translating complex platform capabilities into real-world use cases. You will work closely with client relationship leaders, product teams, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate how fraud and payment solutions can address emerging needs within the financial services landscape.

What’s In It for You

You will join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values expertise, curiosity, and continuous improvement. This is a role with real influence, offering exposure to enterprise-scale clients, evolving products, and strategic initiatives that directly impact growth and innovation.

You will be trusted as a senior individual contributor, (with no direct people management responsibilities), given space to lead, mentor, and shape how solutions engineering is practiced across the organization. The culture supports balance, professional development, and thoughtful problem-solving.  The focus is on technical solution leadership, client engagement, and influencing product direction.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll act as a technical advisor to enterprise partners and internal stakeholders, translating product capabilities into practical solution models and client use cases.

You’ll lead discovery conversations and solution discussions that help senior stakeholders understand how fraud and payment products integrate into their existing environments.

In this role, you’ll deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions that support product adoption and executive decision-making.

You’ll collaborate closely with product teams to translate client feedback and market insights into product enhancements and roadmap considerations.

You’ll provide technical guidance during early integration conversations, helping partners understand API capabilities, system interactions, and architectural considerations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles.

Experience within the payments, fintech, or financial services ecosystem, ideally with exposure to fraud or risk products.

Strong understanding of API-based platforms and integration architectures, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience within payments, fraud, identity, or adjacent financial services ecosystems

  • Client-facing technical presales experience
    - running discovery calls
    - delivering demos
    - supporting enterprise sales cycles
Proven ability to influence and present complex concepts to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills, paired with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Note from the Hiring Manager
“We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning ambiguity, building something new, and being a trusted technical voice for our clients. If you enjoy influencing both deals and product direction, this role will give you that platform.”
