About the Opportunity
Our client in the financial technology sector is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Fraud Products (Official job title: Solutions Engineering Lead, Fraud Product) to help drive adoption and evolution of fraud prevention solutions within Canada’s payments ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and solution architecture, supporting the rollout and expansion of innovative payment capabilities.
As a senior individual contributor (Not a people management position), you will act as the technical bridge between product teams and enterprise partners, translating complex platform capabilities into real-world use cases. You will work closely with client relationship leaders, product teams, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate how fraud and payment solutions can address emerging needs within the financial services landscape.

Your Responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications
Experience within payments, fraud, identity, or adjacent financial services ecosystems
Client-facing technical presales experience
- running discovery calls
- delivering demos
- supporting enterprise sales cycles
Proven ability to influence and present complex concepts to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments
Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills, paired with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement
