GardaWorld is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to oversee and manage security operations at a large, high-profile campus environment. This leadership role is responsible for day-to-day security program management, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with operational plans, regulatory requirements, and GardaWorld standards.
The Site Security Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters, overseeing access control, credential management, guest services, alarm systems, and perimeter security operations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in security processes, incident management, emergency response, and large-scale team leadership.

Provide overall management and oversight of daily security operations across assigned locations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, internal policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries and service requests, providing prompt resolution or escalation as required.
Oversee access control, credential management, guest processing, and interior and exterior perimeter security services.
Liaise with facilities, event, and other internal stakeholder teams to coordinate event security and operational support.
Escalate significant risks, threats, and incidents to senior security leadership in a timely manner.
Collaborate with external partners, including emergency services and government agencies, to align site security with broader emergency response plans.
Deliver regular security awareness training to promote policy compliance and best practices.
Oversee alarm monitoring and maintenance programs, including continuous monitoring of access points, auditing contact lists and credentials, and troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with security operations and systems teams.
Ensure regular testing and reporting of duress, wellness, and assist alarm systems, addressing faults in accordance with established procedures.
Manage CCTV and surveillance systems, including continuous monitoring, access control oversight, and initial incident investigation and reporting in alignment with established guidelines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security management overseeing large or complex sites (required)
Valid provincial Security Guard Licence and First Aid/CPR certification (required)
Strong knowledge of security operations, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and CCTV surveillance
Proven experience managing incident response, investigations, and escalation procedures
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external emergency services
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in a complex environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining professionalism
