Location: 100% on-site in Markham, ON, 5 days a week.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000.
Hours: 35 hours per week.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in manufacturing, for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their North American sales office located in Markham. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with long-term career growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination. If you’re fluent in both Mandarin and English, highly organized, and Excel-savvy, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Prepare and manage customer quotations, order entries, and follow up with both customers and overseas factories (primarily in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia).
Act as a liaison between internal sales teams and external vendors/customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Use Excel daily for data tracking and analysis, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
Assist in tracking shipment timelines and proactively follow up on pending orders.
Handle general administrative support tasks for the sales operations team.
Communicate professionally via phone and email with internal departments and overseas teams.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) – this is a must for communication with factories abroad.
1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, data entry).
Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
