Your Responsibilities

• You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ll oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, and offer preparation.
• You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, anticipating needs and delivering expert hiring guidance.
• You’ll develop innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies, building internal and external talent pipelines.
• You’ll maintain recruitment data integrity, leveraging labour market insights and dashboards to inform hiring decisions.
• You’ll represent the organization at career fairs and networking events, strengthening employer brand presence.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within corporate, agency, or blended environments.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario’s Employment Standards Act and employment equity legislation.
• Advanced sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent search tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions while delivering exceptional service.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence presenting recruitment insights.
• Professional integrity, independent work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively.
