About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing organization in the skilled trades and residential services space, is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to support daily operations, pricing, and team coordination. This is a key role that sits at the center of quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and workflow management.

You will work closely with leadership, installers, sales, and finance to ensure jobs move seamlessly from quote to completion. Your Responsibilities

• You will prepare residential customer quotations and ensure pricing aligns with operational inputs and margin targets.
• In this role, you will oversee invoicing accuracy and track job costs, billing details, and weekly sales performance.
• You will coordinate installer schedules, workflows, and service delivery timelines for a team of four.
• You will manage inventory, liaise with vendors, and support equipment and vehicle maintenance tracking.
• You will maintain contracts, CRM sales pipeline data, and internal policies to keep systems organized and efficient.
• You will identify process improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and operational flow.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in operations coordination, service administration, or a hybrid operational role
• Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or pricing summaries
• Exposure to invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM or ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, smaller organization
