Role Objective - Commercial Marketing Specialist 

Directly support the performance of sales teams across the various security services and solutions divisions by developing and executing commercial marketing and Go-to-Market initiatives aligned with strategic sales priorities.

The role combines deep expertise in key markets and industries with cross-functional support to all sales teams, in order to accelerate growth, strengthen positioning, and maximize commercial impact.

 

Role and Responsibilities - Commercial Marketing Specialist 

The Commercial Marketing Specialist acts as the commercial marketing point of reference for one or more markets or industries, while supporting all sales enablement needs.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in key markets and industries (e.g., industrial, retail, logistics, critical infrastructure).
  • Develop and execute market-specific Go-to-Market initiatives, including value propositions, key messages, use cases, and competitive differentiators.
  • Develop and evolve market-specific sales playbooks applicable across all security service and solution offerings.
  • Support sales teams with all commercial activation needs: sales tools, presentations, content, targeted campaigns, and field support.
  • Deploy national and regional commercial campaigns (outbound, nurturing, launches) aligned with sales priorities.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure consistency across tools, training, and field execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics to guide commercial initiatives.
  • Track initiative performance (leads, pipeline, conversion) and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Global Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, Go-to-Market, or sales enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (bilingual).
  • Strong understanding of complex, multi-service sales environments.
  • Ability to translate commercial strategies into concrete actions.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams.
