About the Opportunity

You will join a collaborative team that values initiative, strong communication, and creative problem-solving, with exposure to international vendor partnerships and senior leadership.
Your Responsibilities
You will lead end-to-end product development across a focused portfolio, from concept through production and delivery.
You will translate design intent into detailed tech packs and BOMs, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.
You will manage development calendars and sample tracking, proactively identifying risks and accelerating timelines where possible.
You will collaborate with vendors and sourcing teams to negotiate costs and achieve IMU targets while maintaining quality standards.
You will research trends, fabrics, and construction innovations to inform product strategy and close assortment gaps.
