As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Welcome visitors, verify identification, and manage site access control
Monitor and record all personnel, vehicle, rail, and truck traffic on site
Coordinate high-volume shipments, prioritize schedules, and prepare customs documentation
Create invoices, bills of lading, and process truck weigh-ins/outs
Distribute and manage plant radio equipment; communicate via CB, plant radio, and phone systems
Monitor fire alarm systems and respond to alarm activations
Conduct foot patrols to identify safety or security risks
Respond to incidents, provide first aid if required, and coordinate with emergency services
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
Perform administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and data entry (Excel and other systems)
Answer inquiries in person and by phone in a professional manner
