This permanent opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $102,000 to $127,000 plus performance bonus, comprehensive benefits from day one, RRSP and DPSP matching, three weeks’ vacation, and meaningful long-term growth potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage labour relations strategically, navigating union conversations with confidence and professionalism.

  • You’ll partner closely with on-site client stakeholders to ensure service excellence, retention, and long-term growth.

  • You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation optimization, safety culture, and ESG priorities across the site.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Distribution Center Manager within a 3PL or large-scale distribution environment

  • 5+ years operating in a unionized warehouse setting, with direct labour relations exposure

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and P&L accountability

  • Experience leading multi-client or complex automated operations

  • Proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an asset

Note from the Hiring Manager

“We’re looking for someone who has already operated at this level and can confidently lead a complex, unionized site. This is one of our most important locations, and we need a leader who can balance strong operational discipline with genuine employee engagement.”
