As Director, ERP, you will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, operation, and evolution of the company’s ERP platform. The purpose of this position is to ensure alignment between systems, business processes, and operational and financial performance objectives. More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and lead the 3–5-year ERP roadmap: vision, priorities, expected benefits.
  • Establish and oversee ERP governance: steering committee, PMO, architecture, standardization.
  • Supervise ERP module implementation, data migration, system integrations, go-lives, and stabilization phases.
  • Manage day-to-day operations: level 2/3 support, system performance, data quality, business continuity.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators: adoption, ROI, timelines, quality, cost.
  • Oversee the ERP budget, vendor relationships (integrators and software providers), contracts, and SLAs.
  • Lead change management initiatives, user adoption, training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Operations, HR, Procurement) and IT teams (architecture, security, data).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in ERP or digital transformation roles, including 5 years in ERP program leadership or management..
  • Bilingual (French and English). Proficiency in English is required for this position, as the incumbent will interact with English-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Direct involvement in end-to-end ERP deployments (implementation, support, continuous improvement).
  • Expertise in one or more major ERP suites (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong command of business processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of system integrations, data governance, data quality, and application architecture.
  • Skills in program management, IT governance, budgeting, and vendor contract management.
