Your Responsibilities

• You’ll provide end-to-end project management, overseeing planning, solution selection, implementation, and transition to operations
• You’ll develop project plans, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and resource availability
• You’ll manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies while delivering defined scope within quality and time parameters
• You’ll prepare and present status reports, risk logs, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
• You’ll maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success
• You’ll handle unplanned project activities independently, including re-planning and recalibration
• You’ll ensure completion of all project deliverables, including documentation and related processes

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist overseeing large, complex projects with 40+ resources
• 5+ years of experience delivering strategic IT projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into project objectives and solutions
• Proven ability to write clear, concise documentation for both senior leadership and technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation, problem resolution, and stakeholder management
• University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration

Additional Qualifications:

• SCRUM Master or PMP Certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud solutions
• Knowledge of core banking functions and business processes
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
