We are seeking a National Talent Programs Manager to lead, scale, and optimize key talent acquisition and engagement programs across Canada. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, impact, and excellence in how we attract, onboard, engage, and retain talent while remaining responsive to regional business needs. Reporting into the National Director, Talent Management, this role works cross‑functionally with TA, HR, Operations, Engagement, and regional stakeholders to deliver national programs that are scalable, data‑driven, and aligned with business priorities.

Your work will have a direct impact on the employee journey from attraction and onboarding to engagement and retention.

National Talent Program Manager Responsibilities

National TA Programs & Special Projects

  • Lead and evolve national Talent Acquisition programs, including: best practices, community partnerships, employee referral program, internal hiring, TA team recognition program, competency framework, etc.
  • Provide program frameworks, best practices, and scalable models across regions
  • Drive the execution and continuous improvement of the national plan, including timelines and success metrics
  • Contribute and drive our communication and training calendar for our regional teams
  • Partner with TA leaders and teams to ensure strong adoption and execution

Onboarding

  • Drive the optimization of the onboarding experience to support business performance and employee engagement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design onboarding approaches that are consistent nationally while adaptable to regional realities
  • Identify opportunities for improvement using feedback, data, and operational insights

Immigration

  • Oversee immigration‑related analysis and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, and improve immigration processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure visibility and data‑driven insights to support workforce planning and decision‑making

National Employee Engagement

  • Partner closely with the Regional Engagement Managers to support recognition, engagement, and retention efforts for their team members 
  • Support and reinforce national engagement initiatives, including our Ambassador Era initiatives
  • Provide oversight and drive the execution and continuous improvement of the national engagement plan across regions in close partnership with other team members

Your Profile

  • 10+ years proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Programs, HR programs, or related roles
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to build structure, scale initiatives, and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in national, multi‑site, or matrixed environments with the ability to work effectively across regions with diverse business needs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting to drive decisions and improvements
  • Exposure to high‑volume or operational environments
  • Able to influence without direct authority
  • Bilingual (French/English)
