About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a public-sector organization supporting enterprise-level risk initiatives during a period of high activity and evolving priorities. As the Enterprise Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical, hands-on role enabling the smooth execution of enterprise risk management operations through strong systems support, coordination, and delivery.
Working closely with senior risk leaders, you will act as a trusted right-hand resource, helping translate strategy into action through polished presentations, accurate reporting, and clear, elevated communication that resonates with executive stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and optimize ERM systems and tools, including SharePoint workspaces, Jira workflows, MS Office reporting and dashboards, Azure, and Power BI.
Translate risk goals into actionable metrics and KPIs that can be tracked and reported to leadership.
Design and build dashboards and SharePoint sites that are accurate, user-friendly, and decision-focused.
Collaborate across teams, including operations, analysts, and reporting, to define what should be measured and ensure reports are meaningful.
Develop high-quality presentation decks and written materials that reflect executive-level communication standards.
Support process enablement by helping implement and refine ERM processes, issue tracking, and integrated assurance activities.
Challenge the status quo on reporting and delivery, providing thought leadership on usability and presentation.
Act as a flexible, hands-on contributor, stepping in where capacity is constrained and priorities shift.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an operational business analyst.
Strong proficiency with Jira or similar Kanban-based tools, SharePoint, MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Azure, and Power BI.
Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, and senior leadership presentations.
Practical experience supporting Agile or change-driven initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior stakeholders.
Strong technical skills with translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in enterprise risk management or risk operations is a strong asset.
