About the Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a dedicated HR team, providing operational guidance and advice on employee and labour relations matters. You’ll ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant application of policies, collective agreements, and employment legislation, while supporting investigations, grievances, accommodations, and other case management processes.
You’ll collaborate closely with managers, employees, and union representatives, helping to resolve complex issues and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
