Our Crown Corporation client is seeking a Manager of Total Rewards to join their growing team. As Manager, Total Rewards, you will shape programs that directly impact how employees are recognized, supported, and rewarded—ensuring compensation, benefits, and retirement offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and external vendors to modernize and strengthen total rewards programs.
