As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers and dealer partners, helping them navigate finance and leasing inquiries with confidence and clarity.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers and dealer partners regarding finance and leasing inquiries
• In this role, you’ll respond to inquiries via phone and email while delivering consistent, high-quality service
• You’ll provide accurate information and tailored solutions aligned with established procedures
• You’ll perform follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
• You’ll maintain professionalism and strong telephone etiquette during high-volume interactions
Skills and Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or high-volume environment
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
• College diploma required, university degree considered an asset
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is an asset
• Ability to manage rotational shifts between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm
