Lead the planning and delivery of Active Directory (AD) and identity services solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards, business needs, and corporate security frameworks. The role is responsible for the availability, integrity, and operational efficiency of the AD infrastructure, acting as a technical reference and internal consultant on authentication, access control, and identity management. It requires deep technical expertise in directory platforms and related services, as well as a cross-functional vision to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. The position is expected to drive continuous improvement, manage technology risks, and actively contribute to the technology roadmap, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and leading transformation initiatives.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Active Directory solutions, ensuring alignment with global security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for identity, authentication, and access‑control initiatives, providing risk‑based recommendations and best‑practice guidance.
  • Define and enforce governance and operating models for domains, objects, GPOs, and privileged administration, ensuring auditability, control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee global AD/DNS/GPO operations, ensuring 24×7 availability, resilience, performance, and effective incident and problem management.
  • Drive the implementation of security, risk, and compliance controls, including hardening, vulnerability management, access reviews, audits, and disaster‑recovery readiness.
  • Lead change, modernization, and continuous improvement of the AD platform, including roadmap definition, automation, capacity planning, and technology evolution.
  • Provide technical leadership across distributed teams, fostering collaboration, documentation excellence, operational maturity, and alignment with enterprise resilience objectives.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 8+ years of working experience as an Active Directory SME
  • 8+ years of hands-on technical working experience in supporting & deploying AD, GPO & DNS in a large corporate environment with 20,000 end-users or more
  • Excellent knowledge with AD security, security principles and standards, GPOs, AD trusts, and Privileged Access
  • Industry certification such as Microsoft and/or Cybersecurity certification required
  • Familiarity with ITIL and SRE practices
  • You must be flexible to work ocasially on nights to implement changes
  • You must be flexible to be on call during period of time
  • Work from office twice a week.
