Thales is looking for a Data Coordinator.
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the data needs for our program. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members across the country.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage and maintain data entry processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collect, organize, transcribe and input data into data repositories such as SFTP, SharePoint, IPESA
Perform regular data quality checks, flagging and correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
Develop and implement processes and procedure for effective data management.
Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security regulations and company policies.
Provide controlled and formally distributed data to internal and external customers.
Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation and guidelines.
Support the implementation and adoption of new data tools and platforms.
Support onboarding and training of new users in Data Management Tools and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for routing data requests and troubleshooting.
Assist in preparing data reports and data extracts for the program.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years’ experience in data coordination, data management, or a similar role.
Diploma in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work accurately and with excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within an Engineering or Defense Environment

The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is based on $66,646.80 - $124,407.36 CAD Annual range. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
