The chance to join a supportive team with a new local Property Manager in place. A typical day: Act as the main tenant-facing point of contact across 13 commercial properties. Proactively check in with tenants to spot concerns early. Triage incoming issues and determine the appropriate trade. Dispatch contractors and manage service scheduling from start to finish. Maintain accurate records of quotes, invoices, and service coordination. Keep communication flowing between tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Support general operational oversight in a mobile, multi-site environment. Represent the company professionally while maintaining a responsive, organized workflow. Successful candidates will have: Experience in a tenant service, facilities, or property coordination role. Strong ability to triage issues and identify the appropriate contractor. Comfort managing quotes, invoices, and administrative follow-through. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay organized while working across multiple sites. A general understanding of building systems (HVAC/boilers/pumps) Confidence working independently and making sound judgment calls.
