By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with the quality manager.
Are your ready to:
Assist in maintaining QMS Documentation
Support internal audits
Assist in creating and developing reports
Writing and proofing articles to develop newsletters and communications
Assist is archiving documentation from across the organization
Assist in collecting quality related metrics
Assist in sorting and labeling electronic data
Assist in Document Management Duties as required
Our ideal candidate has:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Working knowledge in Microsoft office programs including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Strong interpersonal skills and must be a self-starter
Preferred Education :
Registered in a post-secondary education program.
Location of the internship is in Moose Jaw
Internship will be carried out in person
All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
