About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a respected, community-focused financial services organization to hire a Risk Reporting Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a lean and collaborative Risk Management team where your analytical expertise will directly inform leadership decisions, regulatory reporting, and enterprise risk oversight.

Working closely with the Manager of Business Risk and Analysis and senior risk leaders, you will help transform complex, multi-source data into meaningful insights. Your work will support executive committees and contribute to retail and commercial portfolio reporting, helping ensure the organization remains resilient, compliant, and forward-thinking.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll compile and reconcile data from multiple internal sources, identifying gaps and ensuring accuracy before delivering reports to leadership.
  • You’ll develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and monthly risk reports, using tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
  • You’ll monitor key risk indicators and flag breaches or emerging trends that require attention.
  • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business units to gather inputs and clarify reporting requirements.
  • You’ll contribute to regulatory and portfolio reporting, supporting both retail and commercial lines of business.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting or data analytics within financial services or banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data extraction, cleansing, and dashboard creation.
  • Solid understanding of risk management concepts, including the three lines of defense.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and outliers.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with evolving priorities.
